The real estate at the edge of the Mediterranean: can one still buy?
With increases reaching 30% over 2004, the prices of the apartments and houses located in the big cities of the Mediterranean basin reached true tops, making the purchase much more difficult.
Thus, Marseilles still knew a consequent rise, with 24% of increase on average for 2004!
